I need a programmer to code a simple assessment program that can mimic [login to view URL] --> one of those programs that will allow me to input questions and assign points to each question that the user answers. Results will display, by ranking, what the best 'career' choice would be for the user. SQL/PHP platform. No registration is required, except for an e-mail address There must be a way to build it so that I can come in and input all of those questions and assign points myself as opposed to giving it to you now. Admin should be able to go in and just input the question and assign scores to the question. I want to assign a # value to each answer. So if right next to the answer, you can add a section where I can assign the number of points I want for that "answer", that would that work. I am just asking this because later on I may add or take out some questions. The output will be ranked.
