Database entry scripts

I have a site at [login to view URL] The site runs off of data from linkshare, shareasale and commission junction. I need a script to get the data from each of these sources. The data comes in a variety of sources csv, tab, ect. I need scripts to check the source to see if new data is available, pull the data from its source,and format it to the proper mysql format that the site runs. Then enter the data into the site. There are approxamately 5 sources of data for the site. Each one of those should be setup and there should be an admin area to add more merchants feeds and logo's from each of the sources. I also need to fix the website links that are broken and fix the mod_rewrite problem. There is something wrong with it now. Look here: [login to view URL] I also need a few changes made to the category system (move categories) and in addition have a merchants logo show up next to the listing when the products are viewed. The title tag should contain the category name for the category pages and the product name on the product pages. When the work is finished there should be no errors on the site from any of the links and data should automaticly ftp from it sources to reload into the site.
