Add/finish features for Perl site

There is a new site design for [login to view URL], located at [login to view URL] The new design does not work, it is only the design. Most of the code to make the new design work will be provided from the old Perl scripts for the old (live) site. Only some features on the new design work. Your job is to make the new design work 100%. This includes: 1. Making the multiple file upload work. 2. Making the search feature work. 3. Making the alblum feature work. 4. Making the edit media page work. 5. Make uploaded videos converted to Flash format (and have the video display page use a flash player to play the videos (similar to youtube). We currently have ffmpeg installed for this task. 6. All other features of the frontend (before the user logs in) and the backend (after the user logs in). 7. Please test all features, if they do not work, please fix them. After you login to the new site, change the URL to: [login to view URL] to see the new design of the backend. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
