Alter some Images

I have a jpeg image of a roadbike (bicycle). The picture consists of nothing but words in place of the bicycles various parts. For example: the handlebars are the words "HANDLEBARS" curved like a set of handlebars in a particular font. I am needing the words in the picture (the bicycle parts) replaced with a list of towns and cities that Ive included and these also need to be in a particular font to match the existing. So instead, for example, HANDLEBARS I would like it replaced with a town such as FORT WORTH. These towns and cities must match the picture and the design of the bike as is. I tried to attach the files but I think something is wrong with the website
