Alter some Images

I volunteer for a youth sports program and we are going through a rebranding for all of our sports and want to have our crest/logo redone. I have some examples of crests I would like. I just would like to be able to take those crests and customize to our association by sport. For example, want to be able to change out the wording on the crest for the sport and want to be able to change out the ball as well. So the person is kinda setting up a template for us and with minimal effort, we want to be able to take the .psd file and change the wording and the ball and the animal inside the logo. I can provide a few more specifics once I get a quote. I "think" it's probably a simple task for someone with expertise. Whoever I go with, I need to be able to get a receipt or invoice so I can be reimbursed through my organization
