Design a spray mechanism - Mechanical Design and CAD

The project is a spray mechanism that will go inside a consumer product. I need someone to design a simple sprayer , just like the ones you see on the spray bottles in the stores. The form of this product is much like the impact soap dispensers you see in the public restrooms. This device simply sprays waters when pushed by the user. The end goal is create the design that will allow the water to be sprayed out the other end and to have created CAD files and send them to me. My end goal for this project is to get a prototype 3D printed for the designs and test it over and over and then move along with the process for final product design. Please see attached video and images. In them I explain and show exactly I desire. If your selected for the project, I will then send the full CAD I have completed, along with dimensions and a brief Skype phone call.
