Hi i am a freelancer doing automation in the field of industries and this particular task is very common in our field. Before confirmation of the bid there are few things that are to be considered 1. What is the type of the material you want to collect 2. What is the speed of the material that is moving 3. Is the bid amount for the design and schematics or do you need any product 4. if design and concept BID is good regarding the manufacturing revision of the price is required depending on size of the project.

Definitely we can design such system which can pick up moving object and put for packaging. I would like to know what kind of product you want to pick up and put into plastic bag. Is it soft / hard / liquid . Also what is the type of motion...is it random motion or it is on some belt convenor regards
