Assignment-Project Management: Scoping Report

Simulated or actual project: "Purchasing New Equipment" for single office of self employed sold trader/proprietor small "Wholistic Coaching" business. Project manager required to prepare detailed scoping report for the sponsor. 1) Prepare a scoping document for the project. 2) Prepare detailed scoping report for the project sponsor, include a clear introduction, body and conclusion. Specifically as follows: 1. Introduction 2. Body 2.1 Definition of the scope of the project 2.2 Identification of the stakeholders in the project detailing the area of involvement 2.3 Identification and explanation of the issues, limits and constraints of the project 2.4 Identification and explanation of the assumptions of the project 2.5 Specification of initial timelines 2.6 Representation of task allocations 2.7 Explanation of the relationship of the project to other projects and to the organisation 2.8 Estimation and explanation of costs, resources, requirements and other relevant factors. 3. Conclusions and recommendations Please provide report in Microsoft Word (2003-1007) format. Project can be based on a project you have done previously or that you plan to do or can be simulated. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Task requires microsoft word/excel knowledge.
