Consulting: Using Sphinx for Python API doc.

I'm looking for a Python expert who has used Sphinx on Windows. I need to set up a new doc project that uses generate_modules.py. Specifically, I need to be shown: * How to see what modules I have * How to see what extensions I have * Install the requisite extensions so I can run generate_modules.py. * How to include all modules in the doc * How to create an "exclude list" * How to include non-api doc that resides in rst files (e.g. overview doc.)
