Do some 3D Modelling for apartment layout

I recently purchased a small apartment. I am having the whole thing gutted (the building is over 100 years old and hasnt been lived in for 25 years). I need to come up with the most efficient use of space available while still having a kitchen, sofa bed, bathroom & toilet, bedroom and wardrobe space. I have already had a play with Ikea's software, and have uploaded the kitchen design that I have come up with. I have also uploaded the full dimensions as well. The entire shell is approximately 9050mm long and 3700mm wide. It is approximate due to it being old and its not perfectly symetrical. I dont have the exact measurements due to the walls being ripped out and replastering - but this should be supplied soon. The pair of colums (on the side of the wall) in the PDF attached - that are furthest away from the kitchen are an estimate in location and size, as there is actually a 60cm wall that is being ripped out (you can see it in the photos) and replaced with a metal beam support. We wont know the final specs for a week or so. Unfortunately the (somewhat unreliable) builder is very busy and knowing some of these details is out of my hands. I just want to be upfront with you about the level of detail I can give you just at the moment. I will be feeding you more details as they come. I will also personally be surveying the site 26 March 2014. By then the walls should be plastered, the second column sizes known and the flooring (limed pine) getting prepared to be laid (once the bathroom tiling area is allocated). I like the thought of a glass walled bathroom as per the images attached (perhaps not with Ned Kelly's image on the outside). Those images may confuse you because some of them were taken in a mirror image version of the same space. The ceiling photos are inspiration - that is the style that I will do the apartment as they have similar beams on the ceiling. I have general experience in property design, and my parents used to be property developers and have given and will give their input too. But we feel that we need someone to think outside the box to get the most ideal use of the space. The sewage is unknown, it could be a nasty smell bubbling up occaisionally (the buildings are old and this affects some of the other properties) so the bathroom is probably better closed off just in case.
