Hi, As you have detailed sections & plans i believe you need a model with high Level of Detail. So I have quoted little more of your expectation. I have worked on high rise projects upto 60 floors and LOD upto 400. So I consider myself suit for this project. If you feel the same lets have a further discussion on this.
