Blog comment and links

READ **ALL** INFO HERE. I require 200 minimum PR2+ one way (non reciprocal) high-quality relevant links coming from established blogs and websites, with various anchor texts which I will supply, linking to a discount code site. *NO ARTICLE DIRECTORIES *PR2+ link pages *EXAMPLES/REFERRALS TO BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR BID At least 60% of the links will come from blog posts and other types of site (plain html etc) and the rest of the links can come from comments only if they allow keywords in the signature and use CommentLuv and/or KeywordLuv). - Bids will be for the price of the complete project - All Links must be from relevant English language sites (no under construction sites accepted) - Preferably shopping related sites - At least PR2 page/post (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT the main page) - Links must be permanent, free, one way/non-reciprocal and static - Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script - Links should not be on Flash sites or pages - Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by [login to view URL] tag - Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked pages - Link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links - Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) - Links must include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink - Bids for Web/Links Directories or article sites will be ignored. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites - No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs. - One link per IP/domain - All links must be from a different domain and IP address - Links must not be bulk submitted in order to avoid search engine penalties i.e not placed all at once - Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) - Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag - No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks - All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable - You will provide in excel the Site Url, link Url, the IP Address, Google ranking and country of each site you have added a link to - We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet the above criteria - NOTE: Payment WILL NOT be released until I have reviewed the spreadsheet/html list and am satisified it meets all the above requirements. This will be an ongoing project. The person that does the job right will have a continuous source of work, month on month, for the forseeable future.
