Bullhorn API to 4D Database

M Squared Management has proceeded with the purchase of Bullhorn Applicant Tracking Software Solution. This system will replace the Searching, Sourcing, consultant records management, and project placement process that is currently being handled by a 4D Database. An internal project team made up of staff from CS, Operations, Sales and IT is configuring the Bullhorn ATS System which is a pre-built SAAS type service with options for customizability. Bullhorn will be managing all opportunities (these are Projects in the Searching or Sourcing phase) Once a consultant is successfully chosen by a client and placed on an opportunity Bullhorn creates a “Project” record in the Bullhorn system. These Project records are effectively “Billing” and M Squared needs to pass this information to the 4D Database and create subsequent Project records. Additional information is also necessary to be sent to the 4D Database for creation as well such as, Client Records, company Records and Parameter records. M Squared Finance and Operations will continue to manage the Billing project via the 4D Database as all invoicing and commissions will continue to be managed here as they are today. The expertise of the Consultant is needed to accomplish in this effort given the complexity of the Database and the likelihood that some modifications to the 4D User Interface will need to be done. Additionally Bullhorn Programming Expertise is needed.
