In which table you want to import data? You want to append imported data to existing table? 2.BDA-V2.1 is a program written and distributed as open source by someone.. =>I analyse your attached BDA-V2.1 program in that "AudatexImport" and "Generic_Export" methods are used.  ADO is used for data connectivity. You want to go with same code or you want any modification? In your function files are exported into .csv file you want to export to same format? 3.I want this facility written as vb included within the access database. and not to have a stand alone .exe program. =>In MS-Access we can write VBA code to import or export data.  MS-Access do not create .exe but we can create .accde file. 4.I require a table to update the source folder of where the data to import/export is and then the data imported into there relevant tables =>You mean you want to create a new table to store ..please respond to this message so that I can send a presentation of past similar project we have done and further comments I will like to revise cost & time after getting more details..
