Crystal Report in Saba LMS

We have some custom fields that are not fully accessible in our Saba LMS interface that need to be accessed regularly for reports. The backend tables for Saba LMS are very complicated and the custom created table needs to be connected. We presume using the Crystal Reports (2008) software will be the most practical way to do it. More Detail: The LMS offers reports on people/learner training by Primary MANAGER. The ALTERNATE MANAGER is being used by us exclusively (no data in the primary Manager field) because most of our people do report to multiple managers on multiple reports. The interface allows the ALTERNATE MANAGER to view her team's training. But it does not allow system admins or Human Resource administrators to view a report of the training BY ALTERNATE MANAGER (only primary manager). Please bid with details on whether you can just do a SQL report, a crystal report, or whether you can commit to integrating this report into the reporting interface in Saba LMS. The data involved is extremely sensitive (under FERPA and possibly HIPAA) as well as employment protections and thus only those freelancers/vendors with acceptable credentials will be considered.
