Hello Alex, How are you? I am VB (6.0 / .NET) software developer with seven years of experience. I can create the application either in VB6 or VB.NET. If you prefer VB.NET, then it requires .NET framework to be installed on target computer. Best go with VB6. It will be stand-alone. In order to make the application to be not opened in another computer, I need to code the program to modify the executable file. Once the unique serial key is entered the executable file will be inserted with the computer's unique MAC address. So when the program runs it will compare the MAC address to be same. If not, then do not run it. As for the second part, it is easy. Just code in to send the details to your email address. Send me a message so we can discuss further.

Experienced in C#, Node.js. A httpserver can be created to accept serial number. Once used, it can't be used. We can use GUID for the serial numbers. C# application can send request to the http server.

I have experience on windows application and also had developed an similar application which contains serial key created using machines mac address and other combinations, at every time this key will be validated and then application invokes.
