I see that your C source is in decompiled format. It is better to upgrade the EA/indicator code so that it can communicate with existing dll using the proper way. My experiences show that most of the problems with MT4 Build 6xx and dll are caused by the use of Unicode string in MQL versus ANSI string in old dll.
