Android Photo Application

I need a simple Camera Picture taking application. I have attached three screen layouts. The app is very simple, the first screen the user needs to enter a number, and click OK that will take you to the 2nd screen where they take pictures of a certain thing when they have all the required pictures they will click send, that will need to upload them to a server (https form post) and return them to the 1st screen to start again- if the server is not available it needs to save the pictures and try again (while letting them continue on to the next ticket) (a status text should be display showing if the ticket is uploaded or how many tickets are waiting to be uploaded on the 1st screen) .. the 3rd screen lets them review the pictures they have taken and either delete a single picture or go back to the 2nd screen. This app needs to not crash because of memory exceptions and store all the information until it is confirmed that it was accepted by the server. If the app is closed any unsent tickets must be reloaded and sent, the app must work in both portrait and landscape mode. There can be an "unlimited" number of pictures per ticket but most will be around 6 It will be installed on a BLU Advance 5.0 but should run on any modern android device. I require all source code and will test it on my device before any milestones are paid. If you can complete this by 8 AM EST 10/31 (including testing) I will include a nice bonus
