Need a simple application that identify license plates via a live video stream from a security camera and report on them. Needs to be able to: Set a time when it is on/off Associate specific names, emails and whatsapp numbers/id to specific plates.(database) When specific plates are identified by the software from the live video camera, send alert in 3 different ways. - Display a message(names) on a large display monitor and/or on the app it self. - Send a WhatsApp notification to the associated names. - Send email/sms notifications to associated names. I would like to utilize the openaplr api if possible since it already will do most of the work, just need a gui and database around it. Hello dear, I have a lot of experience in Computer Vision applications / image and video processing in mobile and windows applications, My Team experience includes Port Based container Damage detection Software: detecting damaged container and keeping record and report of containers movement, Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system.
