BIM 3d models rendering

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET. The idea is to display a 3d BIM model on a web page scene in order to extract the markups and annotations assigned to the different objects/components included in the model by clicking on them (click a column to get its markup and all related annotations). The rendered model on the scene has to be rotatable and zoomable. I prefer using [login to view URL] for this application, also, using APIs (e.g. autodesk API) to access the models if possible. The application has to accept as many as possible models types (e.g DWG, Bentley etc.) If anyone is interested in helping me, please send me your recommendations as well and show your experience and portfolio related to this.
