Build Program/software/code/variables to automatically populate AI file from Excel file

I have a Excel Document where the data will regularly change, I also have a Adobe Illustrator Report template which will stay the same except for the data. I need some software/coding/variables made so whenever I have an updated excel document it will then populate the Report Template with the new data - The excel document pulls the data from a webscrape and I will have many reports to make so I want a quicker way to populate the AI file with the data than by dong it by hand.
The AI file named 'Instructions' shows where in the report and from what cell the information should go.
I would also require the stars in the report to correspond with the number in the excel ( I was thinking this could possibly be done as some kind of a graph?) and there is also 1 pie graph.
*There is 3 different designs of the template that would all need to be done but it would be the exact same for each (they are all attached with fonts etc)
