We need your research work to know complete taxi business solution including following requirements to run taxi services We need your recommendation about existing software solutions that better match our requirments and it should be based on open source technologies like LAMP stack and Andriod however we will also be interested in commercial solutions too . Application will branded to our company and will be installed on andriod device that will be fixed on all vehicles Andriod Device will show map / route and current position of vehicle to driver Andriod Device will show head office communication to driver Andriod Device will enable driver to updte head office about passangers Andriod Device will bill customers based on time and milage (GPS based taxi meter) Driver will have following information displayed on Andriod device (tablet ) A. Device will show map / route and current position of vehicle to driver B. Device will show head office communication to driver C. Device will show apps where driver can updte head office about passangers D. Device will show usage and price (Taxi meter details ) similarly System will have three apps for A. All vehicles on map with real time monitoring B. All assigned jobs / routes to said drivers C. communicate with any drvider /device D. Emergency Alarm to one driver or all drviers / devices E. Reporting about device traffic , daily usage and billing , daily traffic , routes , milage etc 2. SIM and GPS support needed in device instructions set from main office to device will be communicated through multiple sources internet sms (default ) manually by driver 4. instruction can include from head office to device (driver) duties of driver and instrucntions routes of driver with timing updating with modification in routes from driver / device to head office update on pick of new passanger with passanger particulars offloading of passanger with passanger particulars real time position / location monitoring of device & driver other statistics if any 5. sms alerts to parents / numbers on pick and drop of passanger and in case of emergency 6. real time location and route mapping of all devices / vehicles /drivers 7. instant messaging / alarming any devices / driver any time 8. complete route and navigation for drivers
