You are required to build a software that can remotely do AT setting for my tracking devices. I'll be giving you AT command request (server to device) and response (device to server) formats for your reference. C++ is preferable. The program will have a list of tracking device which I have in database so you need to retrieve it and also list out the pending command which has not been sent out yet or the command which has successfully sent out with acknowledgement received. Those whom has done this before will be having advantage over this and if you have read through this kindly type "I understand the requirement" when replying else you will be fully ignored.

I understand the requirement. I can write a server side application that will list the devices, commands sent and also there will be a mechanism send AT command to specific device. Relevant Skills and Experience I have 20 years of experience in developing applications in C++ on windows.I have written applications to interact with devices through AT command like GSM modems and other payment devices. Proposed Milestones RM100 MYR - requirement gathering and UI design completion RM300 MYR - Delivery of the application RM113 MYR - Fix bugs and closure of project Additional Services Offered RM1 MYR - Support for next 3 months I assume the device has a fixed protocol to understand the request sent.
