I have extracted all the .pyc module files from the binary. There were 2550 .pyc files (this includes python standard libraries that were frozen in the dll). I have decompiled all of them. The files are in one source folder and are in the structure you want (python module style folders). Hi. Decompiling 22.65 MB of .pyd file require time and for sure is not in range of 250$. If you really want to get this solved I suggest you to reconsider the bid price.
