Require a re-shipper / mail forwarder to receive goods from a company in China that will only ship domestically, and to then post those goods via UPS/EMS/Fedex internationally to me. [Fonsuie] Just do not understand why you supplier can not ship the goods to you. Anyway, here is my handling charge, $10~20 per package, depends on how you want to ship the goods to you.

Hi, My name is Monique and I have previously worked in a logistics company in Taiwan. I will outline my proposals below but let me please also give some advice. Currently the Chinese government is clamping down on export duty with packages being returned to sender by customs, such returns also carry an additional fees. As Taiwan is considered part of China by Beijing suppliers can ship here at domestic rates and your supplier will be happy to send to us here in Taipei without such problems happening (as Taiwanese customs are completely separate to Chinese customs). My fee will be $50 per package forwarded (up to 25kg(55lbs) /package), including any paperwork. I will measure and weigh the contents and check the bill of lading matches the contents of the parcel. With this information you may then either book the UPS/FedEx delivery online or send the payment to me and I will arrange shipping (the latter will be cheaper but it's your choice). If you choose the latter payment will need to be made in advance for the full quoted shipping price and of course you will be responsible for any customs duties charged by the US (you can currently import $1000 of goods before import duty is charged). Please note we will only be able to send goods permitted to be carried by the chosen carrier as the carrier is likely to inspect the goods before signing for them. You will also have the benefit of a native English and a native Chinese speaker working on the project to aid comms.
