Customer Service & Appointment Taker *Multiple Positions/Flexible Hours*

The job involves calling clients on a list.

Using a script we provide, the purpose of the phone call is to:

1. Set up appointments for follow-up calls;

2. Record notes about the calls.

Available work hours: Monday-Friday (**9:30am - 7:00pm EST US**)

**Job Requirements:**

Very good English speaking skills are required.

Need to be able to type notes while following a script.

Need to have access to high-speed internet to make phone calls.
