Appointment Setter - $40K+/year - U.S. Based (No Call Centers)

Position Title: Appointment Setter (Call Centers Need Not Apply) Pay Scale: $40K+ per year (includes base plus bonus) Profit sharing opportunity: Successful appointment setters will have the opportunity to participate in company share plan. Job Description: Make 16-20 calls per hour setting appointments using supplied scripts to get 4-5 appointments per day. You will talk with gate keepers and decision makers (DM). You will handle objections and use our techniques to get through the gatekeepers to the DM's. You will follow up to make sure client is ready to be at the appointment. You will be able to work with online calendars and schedulers of the business owner and sales team. You will quickly understand various market niches and their terminology. You will be responsible for different types of leads such as cold, warm, and referral. You will be comfortable guiding prospects through an online purchase process. Qualifications You Must Have: • 2+ telemarketing experience • Experience with B2B sales • Ability to be guided and follow scripts and be coachable • Self-driven, ambitious, professional, and a desire help businesses • Experience at dealing with rejection • Experience working with dialers and CRM's • Based in the U.S. and American speaking
