My company is in need of an outbound call center that can handle of TRIAL of 500 records per day offering a free government assistance service. Agents must have firm grasp on English language with minimal accent. Our data has shown that female agents typically have a higher success rate in this niche. These records are data provided to us through our website. All have requested to be contacted and TCPA compliant. Each prospect is to be called and screened using our provided script. The screening process is 8-10 questions typically taking less than 4 minutes. Again, each prospect has asked to be contacted and is expecting the call. Once the prospect has passed screening the call is to be live transferred to our firm.
