create checklist for creating successful niche sites

Would like someone to help me get started earning a income by create my own niche (short tail) websites that produce and income either from selling product or Adsense. You will be creating a step by step document that will help guarantee my success. The person should have done this for themselves in the past and being doing it currently. Also want to be able to do this on a tight budget. The documents should include the following 1. Ways to find Niche keywords and test niche keywords that I can think of. Eg I have heard of people talk about a product called keyword country and other products. Is there something that can find wanted products with easy SEO competition? ie I want an effective way not just a functional way. 2. Is there a check list to see how hard the competition is on given keywords to work out if the market is worth taking on. 3. Is there a tool to help build landing pages that are SEO friendly and have wizards etc that is either free, inexpensive or expensive but able to rent or get through a torrent? 4. What is the most cost effective way of getting offsite seo done like links to a page. Is there a way to automate, is there simple techniques, cheap outsource companies that you know work. Is there software that can help that is either free, inexpensive or expensive but able to rent or get through a torrent? Is there a rough way to work out how many links I will need to get a page no 1 in google easily 5. Is there a way to get copywriting your already know works cheaply by looking at competitors sites and modifying, a cheap outsource place you know works or a standard script you know works. Is there ways to help guarantee descent conversion rates as well by using templates or something else? 6. Is there a way of knowing you will have finacial success before even investing a cent by checking statistics somewhere, or competitor analysis done through software or something. ( if you know a way of doing this please mention that you have a technique for this in your bid request) 7. Is there anything I have left out which will dramatically help. 8. If possible to do this when bidding what sought of results are you getting know or what sought of results can I expect. How long does it take to complete a website like this. What sought of income can I expect. 9. What are the common bad things that can happen, pitfalls or mistakes. What to do if a competitor takes over your ranking etc. All the best Michael
