Chinese Simplified Data Input - repost 2

I have a translated copy of a hydroponics book in 65 pages. These 65 pages are hand written. Approximately 100 - 200 characters per page.

I need someone to input all the characters into Simplified Chinese. Minor Chinese translation may be required but otherwise this is minimal and my not be required. See first two pages of the 65 page file.
