I need a person who would bid on the projects on freelancer.com that I could work on. We're a web development & marketing agency and we need help with generating more leads for your business. The person would be in charge of using a freelancer account in our name and bidding on projects according to our requirements. For the first project you'll work for a commission (% agreed upon further communication with me), after the first project is successful you'll have an option to switch to: a) hourly payment b) commission payment c) combination of the two Thus, what you bid here would be a rough estimate of your desired hourly wage but we'll discuss the details as the time goes by. IMPORTANT: This is definitely a longterm position and with performance and proper dedication there is a lot of room for progress in the company. Happy bidding!
