I have accounts with county courthouses in my part of the US ( Virginia ) and am in need of someone to log in to my accounts with 5-6 courthouses each day and collect the "Grantee" ( purchaser ) information on all deed transfers.? This is something I can teach you how to do in 1 day but we would need to facilitate some sort of Netmeeting whereby you could view my computer screen and we could talk while performing the task.? Once you have done it a few times it is extremely easy......just a bit time consuming.
The data would be typed into notepad in csv format such as this...
123 anywhere street,? Fredericksburg, VA, 22401
555 thenextstreet, Spotsylvania, VA, 22553
etc...............This is an ongoing task that I need help with 4-5 days per week and the finished list can be emailed to me each day.? I can pay preferably by the week and we can arrange a "Per name" entry type fee if you like.?
IMPORTANT~? This data mining is CRUCIAL to my business and No names can be skipped and I need someone who is VERY attentive to detail.? IF the address, street name, etc....? are typed incorrectly then the mailing will not arrive to the new home buyer and I have no chance to sell them my product.? Please only conscientious and reliable people should bid.? I do this myself right now and to collect - 150-200 entries each day requires about 2- 2.5 hours of my time.? It may take you a little longer at first but speed will come.

I am getting alot of the same questions so I want to answer them all here. Please after reviewing and better understanding this job.....feel free to remove your bid if you like. This is an Ongoing project. I have been doing this job myself for 3 years and I am now too busy to continue doing it....need to outsource. I DO NOT believe this process can be automated due to the fact that the data we are collecting is collected from images ( TIFF usually ) and not always in the same place. It requires a human being to open the image, find the info and type it into a csv format. Hope this helps to clarify.
