Thanks for taking the time to outline your project in the word Document. I am thinking we can set up an Input form/worksheet for the foreman to enter the data for all the employees then have a Submit button feed the data to an Employee work sheets for review. We would set up a worksheet to add Work order#, Item, Hours. Then set up drop down lists for the foreman to choose as they as they enter the employee information. This will make it easier to update or alter the workbook for you. This is just some thoughts.
For the past 15 years I have worked with Excel/MS Access and 11 years with MS SQL Server 7.0 and 2005. I have been doing my contracting work with VWorker/Freelancer for the past 3 years; during that time I have completed 70 projects ranging from Excel/Access VBA to SQL Server database constructions. In my experiences over the past 3 years I know how daunting it is to try and describe what you are wanting along with sifting through numerous bids.
