Access Database for Purchase Orders/Tracking

We are wanting to create a Microsoft Access Database (must work with Access 2007 and up) for tracking purchase orders. Attached is an image of one of our purchase orders for reference. What the database needs to do: Whenever you open the database, you will need to choose to create new purchase order, search for purchase order, or run a query (more info below). Creating New Purchase Order Fields: -Auto Generated Field for PO #. Can be edited. -Order Date (Populate with current date, can be edited) -Salesperson -Vendor -Customer Name -Customer Address -Customer City -Customer State -Customer Home Phone -Customer Cell -Customer Email -Quantity -Item # -Item Description -Unit Price -Total -Check box for item arrival, then date -Check box for item delivered, then date Searching Purchase Orders -Need to be able to search through purchase orders by Customer Name, Vendor Name, or PO # Query -Query searches through all purchase orders that have not been marked as arrived.
