Create a new dynamic ASPX page tied to SQL table

I need a coder familiar with VB.NET and MSSQL server to create 1 aspx page for an existing website. Information on the aspx page is mix of static and dynamic information. Dynamic information is fetched from 2-3 SQL tables and some of the records can be updated via hte front end. For the data fetch we have all the required SQL scripts. All we need is creating of the page and VB coding. The page template will be given to the coder. Page needs to be created in a pair of .vb and .aspx files. Should have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I need this page to be created ASAP. If you don't have time to complete this project in one day, please don't bid. Also I will only pick coders with at least 9 rating who have completed 10 related projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
