We use inventory control program. It has report for all transactions history in it but it doesn't has reports individually for 1 item. So we will export information from our inventory control software and input in to your system for to see transaction history for 1 item.
You should have an input screen for us to enter "Item Name" for query.
Once we input the item name, your system should output "ITEM TRANSACTION HISTORY" results using "Transaction History" and "Item Names" input files.
We will input 2 files in to system.
Input Files
- Transaction History
- Item Names
In Item Names file, price column values has no use for this project.
Output Files or Screen
- ITEM TRANSACTION HISTORY
- We want to see 3 reports in 1 screen.
- If the transaction history is too long, your system should show last 15 transaction history and the rest is scroll down.
- We may put same date transactions repeatedly and your system should remove duliactes. ***VERY IMPORTANT**
- Inventory Adjustment means, some days we count the stock and sometimes remaining quantity in stock doesn't match balance quantity. So we have this input to adjust stock quantity. Inventory Adjustment will only show on "All transaction History" section.
- Invoice and Cash Sale, is sales history.
- Item Receipt is, buying history.
- We will keep inputting transaction histories so your system should keep record of these transactions and ***UPDATE DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS BY LAST ENTRY***
