C#/VB.NET SSL simulator

I need an application that simulates the SSL protocol. - The application needs to consist of a client and a server. - The server should represent a SSL-secured website (not a real one), and the client should represent a web browser (also not a real one). - The application should simulate how a client would connect to the server and exchange handshakes at the session's initialization (please follow the SSL protocol's basic rules: exchange of key suites, nounces, etc...) - The result that needs to be seen is simply a log of how the entire operation goes (example: "connecting to server...", "client is attempting to connect, sending key suites...", etc...) and each action should be measured (in time) - After the SSL is initialized, the server needs to send an HTML page (any HTML document, the document needs to be read from a file) to the client - The application should be made in C# or VB.NET and the code needs to be clean and well commented Please request more details if the above description is not clear.
