Desktop App That Creates Dynamic HTML

Summary: Create a simple desktop application, using VB 6.0 or VB.Net, that will allow a person to: 1) enter a question 2) enter at least two possible answers to that question 3) enter content they want displayed based upon the answer selected (content can include text as well as images or video) The questions are stored in an Access database. Once a complete question, along with it's content, is created, the user will be able to cut and paste the javascript and all html required to produce dynamic content on their web page. I'll need complete, inline documentation in the applications, as well as error trapping for every method created. I'll also need an install for your package. This software must work on Windows 98, 2000, XP, and Vista. I've also included a detailed write-up.
