Hello, Im a CCNP Voice certified engineer, working for an ISP`s enterprise customer support. I have completed numerous projects based on the smb voice product uc5XX. From the problem description, I suppose that you use POTS lines there! I have dealt with such problems again. As far as jabber is concerned, it might be possible to solve the problem via a software upgrade of the uc540. Anyway, dont worry leave this to me.. Best, Giannis
