Cheap & Best Voice Over Artist for a Long Term Project (Around 50,000 Pages)

Hello VO Artists. I'm trying to build a network of YouTube channels with a wide range of subjects. For this, A voice over artist(s) with American Accent or British Accent, either male or female, required for various personal video projects, would be around 3 - 12 mins each video length for various topics like k-12 education, business management, architecture & design, life sciences, social sciences, multimedia tutorials, filmmaking, software tutorials, etc. This is a 4 years project with around 40,000 - 60,000 minutes voice overs (around 10,000 educational videos). Weekly Work Pipeline: Monday to Monday Workflow Step 01: 30 - 50 Pages Script will be submitted every Monday (First day of the week) Step 02: Audio need to be submitted by on or before Friday (Fifth day of the week) - If more duration required, will discussed on that particular moment. Step 03: Money will be deposited next Monday. It'll be continued for around 4 years if both parties are happy. I'm trying to search a voice over artist(s) with a very less quote like US $1 per page. As this is very long term project, every 3 - 6 months price per page will be reviewed. It looks very less price per page but try to understand i'm not expecting you to record in a professional studio. I'm expecting home recording quality. I need a reasonable voice over. Even a beginner with good command over English is enough. Even i'll help on how to record very fast. In a week one will be comfortable with my workflow. PS: I paid around USD 20,000 for a voice over artist in the last 3 years in my previous company as a project manager. Now i'm starting my own online educational company. I'm well experienced in e-learning video development, YouTube channels development with over 10 years working experience. THIS PROJECT CREATES A STUDY STREAM OF INCOME. ONE CAN DO IN SPARE TIME, WITH IN A DAY. Thanks.
