Create Accounts-Very Easy

I need someone with access to at least 25 different IP addresses located throughout the US. You need to create accounts for a certain website using each IP address only once. You then have to log back into the website every few days using the same address as you signed up that account with to do something which should take less than a minute each time. Also, you cannot create all the accounts at once, you only create about 4 accounts per day. This should only take about 15 minutes of your time each day, but you NEED access to US IP addresses that you can access again for at least a week. You will do this each day until about September 25. I will send you a list of what you need to do each day so it will be easy if you have the IP addresses. I will need at least 40 but that could go up to 120. Bid per 40 accounts, if I need extra we can renegotiate for the rest. I can pay $20 upfront and at the end of each week.
