Affiliate manager (job)

We are running a community/dating site and want to promote our site using an affiliate program. To get a "jump start": We are looking for an affiliate manager or a company to recruit webmasters/affiliates to join our affiliate program. [login to view URL] must give us a plan on how you will recruit new affiliates to our site. [login to view URL] must give us a number on how many affiliates you can recruit in a given time period (aprox). We will pay you the winning bid and: 25% commission from every gold member you refer to our site your self. 10% commission of everything your affiliates are earning. To avoid scam or "non real affiliates", the affiliates you tell us you will refer to us in a given time period, must generate new members to our site before the escrow are payed. If you don't generate new affiliates or if the number of affiliates are much less then you tell us it will be in the given time period. You must agree to return the escrow to us. This is not only a one time payment (winning bid) but also a life time payment (10% from all affiliates you refer). Therefore we hope you will continue to promote our affiliate program also after the "time period" you have set.
