ASAP: Microsite development (graphic design & HTML)

We need to build the graphic design of a simple microsite (e.g. [login to view URL]).
It will consist of a main landing page, with a catchy / high-impact Marketing design (we already have sketches/wireframes). There will be also 2 additional subpages (a thank you page... and registration form).
Ideally, we would like the PSD to be converted to HTML too (so let us know if your bid includes this or not). No other programming required.
We need to get started ASAP, and finished ASAP. I would like to select someone on Friday 18th, by 9am GMT... Ideally we need it within the day (max 24 hours if possible).
