ADD A PRODUCT CONDITION TO EXISTING OPEN CART WEBSITE

In the works of launching a liquidations website. Would like to be able to add the condition of the product right into the product description. Looking to be able to check off a box that says New, Refurbished, Store Return, Used, Untested. I want this to show up as a box at the side of the product listing, under the product code with a big Green Checkmark with the condition underneath it so the customer cannot miss it. Screen shot of how I would like it to show up. There are 5 conditions (images attached).
