Auto-Scrolling RSS Widget In Javascript

I am looking for someone to build me a Javascript widget that will take an RSS feed and display it dynamically in a widget. The widget should: 1. Display three items from an RSS feed at any one time, with the most recent item at the top. 2. Display each item's title, its first sentence and how long ago it was posted. 2. Automatically scroll upwards from the bottom. 3. Scroll upwards until the first item hits the top, where it should pause for 2 seconds, before the second item hits the top, where it should pause again for 2 seconds, before the third item hits the top, where it should pause for 3 seconds (and so forth). I need it to be possible to: a) Change the colours of each item's title, its first sentence and how long ago it was posted. b) Change the alignment of the text in the widget so it is 'right-aligned'. c) Change the width and height of the widget. d) Change the number of items that the widget will display.
