Convert a Template to a Website

We have a couple websites hosted by 3dcart. They offer templates for conversion to html5 however when doing the conversion it doesn't maintain the our original flow of our existing web page. We are looking for a developer that can do the conversion that will keep our design and not loose any link functionality that would effect our existing search criteria to our sites. We have tried doing the conversion in house but loose the Live Chat feature in the top frame and the back ground color doesn't convert well. Our two websites are [login to view URL] and a1service.com. We are looking to do the upgrade to be "Mobile Friendly and Implement SSL" in Googles search criteria. Currently our website defaults in a plugin called mcommerce that makes our site mobile friendly however Google doesn't recognize it do to a [login to view URL] code not allowing Google to follow as this would be looked upon as a duplicate site. Anyway it is our goal to upgrade to HTML5 maintain current website layout functionality.
