You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations. No pharma, violence, gambling, adult, drugs... just content as dictated by adsense rules. Design must be attractive and optimized to attract people to click on the ads, must be Adsense optimized. The website must have 100% organic traffic clicks. No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services. You most be able to finish the project in 20-35 days. The website must be fully operational and generate a minimum of 300 USD monthly for long time with no intervention on my part. Should be able to add google analytics. All practices must maintain my adsense account in good standing. No milestone or Upfront payment. By available to start work in a few days.
