Adsense Website Earning 200 USD Per Day (For nisant)

Hello nishant :), This project is based on SEO and Adsense. We need you setup an Google Adsense and Analytics account and a completed websites which(if possible) does not require any work again to maintain long term Google adsense earning of 250 USD Per day (Perhaps 3yrs +) Since this is our first project with you, budget is 700 USD. You will receive first payment of 350 USD after 30 days of website launch and the remaining 350 USD after receiving my earnings/payment check by google. After the website is a success, we will give you monthly payment of 350 USD if website require maintenance to maintain constant Adsense earnings If you do according to plan or beyond our expectation, you will be invited for our future larger projects(with much much higher budget than current project) which we are looking forward to. Please do not request any minimum milestones or advance along with your bid as we will only pay after we see constant income in my adsense account. You will need to: 1) Setup an Google Adsense and Analytics account for us 2) Build a website. Pick any niche that can be interesting long term but must be approved by us before execution. 3) Come up with a domain name. We'll be incharge of domain registration and hosting fee and we will send you the hosting login info. 4) Show us your methods of how you direct traffic to website 5) Show us proof of income and daily static after 30 days of website launch containing Unique Visitors, Unique Clicks, Number of Visitors etc. 6) Show us your previous successful adsense optimised websites that you have done with proof of earnings and testimonial(if any). Websites expectations: 1) You will need to write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website. 2) Website contents needs to be unique, original(must pass copyscape) and interesting to attract visitor and for SEO purposes. 3) Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads 4) Website needs to generate at least 250 USD Per Day to my adsense account long term (Perhaps 3yrs +) Terms and conditions: 1) Use only white hat SEO 2) Website must be Adsense and SEO optimised 3) You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations. 4) Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic and clicks no bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc. 6) Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on both websites. I don't want my adsense account to be banned. 7) No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content on both websites Bottomline: Do anything(legally) required so that website generates AT LEAST 250 USD to my adsense account per day but DO NOT NEGLECT THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
