Develop Wordpress site - customise template

I have a small growing internet marketing business that I require back-end support for, this role is ongoing part-time for the right candidate, following THIS trial period. WHAT I NEED I am seeking someone who is creative, and who is capable of creating high-quality authority websites/blogs from scratch, then taking it to the next level by dominating the selected niche. Must be able to build dynamic, quality, well optimized sites using wordpress templates customised as required by clients Set up Autoresponders Design good looking sites Create Landing pages Excellent Communication skills Make redirects SEO Google Adsense Facebook & Twitter customisation Applicants must be experienced with Wordpress customization and design. If you wish to be seriously considered; please email sample portfolio of sites done in Wordpress ONLY. If you haven't created any professional Wordpress sites yet, please do not reply. Each site must have full CMS functionality, ease of use, and management capabilities of Wordpress. Include any plugins to fulfill client requirements. Client wants to be able to easily add content to the website such as; new pages, blog posts, videos etc. without having to consult a developer. FOR THIS TRIAL I require 1 simple site to be created via wordpress (using templates from themeforest), optimized and integrated for blogging and social media. Creating landing pages for adwords campaigns to capture email addresses and exact stats on site activity. This site already exists so it's a simple process of transferring it onto Wordpress to a new template and making some tweaks for SEO/SEM. I am interested in building a long term relationship with a Virtual Assistant for wordpress and other development including organic search optimization and adwords optimization using landing pages. After a successful trial, regular monthly work is expected helping me in developing, designing and marketing of many additional websites in the future.
