I have gone through your requirement and as per our analysis you want an advance shop by filter functionality in category listing page. Big commerce is a hosted solution that’s why they do not allow us to edit their core file. So your sort by filter will have some limitation. 1. Your entire filter will be static; it means you we have to add all the options under four drop-down using HTML / JavaScript code. 2. If you search with a keyword in big commerce default search text box, big commerce search that keyword with the products name and description. We have to use this feature. [Suppose you have added an option “Printed” under shop by fabric drop-down and if you search by this keyword, then those products will come whose name and description holds this word] I have done the same job earlier. I have the ready made code, I have to customize it as per your requirement. **Price is negotiable.
